Colour me Orange!

This month we had a challenge at our Modern group. It was Orange Fizz. As soon as it was announced, I knew that I wanted to make this little nail polish quilt.

These Cotton and Steel fabrics were perfect for this

Here I am showing my little quilt. Not sure if you can see, but my fingernails match  : )

I love me some bright polish!

This pattern is available at  'It's sew Emma'

For the back, I used a piece of fabric naming the months because I think every month should be a different colour nail polish

I'm not sure yet, but I may give this to the young girl that does my nails sometimes. Perhaps for Christmas .......

Brilliant quilt and brilliant idea done up in nail polish. I think I just need to make about every quilt you've made to get your ideas into my mind--you have such cute ideas for things!

Love the use of the Cotton/Steel--they are made for each other!

This is such an adorable pattern. It couldn't have taken too long to make... did it? Definitely the perfect gift for a nail stylist. I don't have one though as I have gotten hooked on Jamberrys. This is certainly a darling finish, Carla. As always, beautiful work.

What a great idea Carla! I know she would feel special with such a thoughtful gift :) You did a beautiful job of working those fabrics - I love it! I have a granddaughter who would love this too, so I'm off to check out the pattern :)

What a cute quilt and colour. It makes me realise that I have not painted my nails in ... ages. I should. Warmer weather is coming, and it is the season for pretty toes.

What Elizabeth said in her comment up there, that is exactly how I feel. I want to make every single thing that you make. This is adorable! I think I want to make a smaller version for my granddaughter.
